The Spiritual Leadership Team is appointed by the Lead Pastor to provide spiritual guidance, collaborative leadership, and direction for the ministry and discipleship of Journey Church. Working together, the team supports the church’s vision and mission, encourages spiritual growth, promotes unity, and helps ensure that ministry decisions remain grounded in biblical principles and focused on advancing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Through prayer, biblical discernment, and shared leadership, the Spiritual Leadership Team works alongside the Lead Pastor to equip leaders, strengthen the church body, and help Journey Church remain focused on its mission of making disciples of Jesus Christ.
