360 Leadership is a team of ministry leaders who oversee key areas of church life. From discipleship and worship to outreach and operations, they help carry the mission forward by developing teams, supporting volunteers, and ensuring ministries serve our church and community effectively.
The 360 Leadership Team brings together Journey Church’s Board of Directors and ministry leaders to provide shared leadership, spiritual direction, and support for the mission and vision of our church. Through collaboration, open communication, and shared responsibility, the team works to strengthen ministries, equip people to serve, and help our church grow in its relationship with Jesus Christ.

Director of Care & Service: Justin Martin
Together, the 360 Leadership Team seeks to foster unity, encourage spiritual growth, and ensure our ministries work together to serve our congregation and the surrounding community.
