Behind the scenes of every ministry and gathering is a team of dedicated leaders who help our church function with care, organization, and intentional discipleship. Our Support Staff serve in vital roles that strengthen the day-to-day ministry of the church and help create environments where people can grow in faith and community.

The Director of Care & Service helps our church live out the love of Christ through compassion and practical support. This role oversees care ministries, connects people to resources during times of need, and mobilizes our church family to serve one another and our community.

The Director of Operations ensures that the church runs smoothly and effectively. From coordinating systems and processes to supporting ministry logistics, this role helps create the structure and organization needed for ministries and events to flourish.

The Director of Discipleship focuses on helping people grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus. This role develops pathways for spiritual growth through groups, classes, and leadership development, equipping individuals to mature in their faith and live it out daily.

The Connections Coordinator helps people take their next step into the life of the church. This role welcomes new guests, helps individuals find meaningful ways to get involved, and connects people to ministries, groups, and serving opportunities so they can build relationships and feel at home in the church community.

The Director of Worship provides musical and spiritual leadership for our worship services, helping create an atmosphere where the congregation can encounter God through music and praise. Working alongside the pastoral team, they plan and lead worship, develop worship teams, and guide the musical direction of the church. Through their leadership, they encourage the congregation to worship with authenticity, unity, and joy.

The Director of Technology supports the worship and ministry of the church by overseeing all technical aspects of services, including sound, lighting, projection, and livestream. Working closely with the Director of Worship, this role helps create a seamless worship experience by ensuring that all technical elements effectively support music, media, and communication during services.

Together, our Support Staff help cultivate a church environment where people are cared for, ministries are supported, and disciples are continually being formed.
